Program Manager

This role supports the Mergers and Acquisitions lifecycle, encompassing human resources due diligence, organizational design, workforce integration, cultural alignment, communication management, and change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of progressive experience in M&A, with strong business acumen, project management skills, and a proven track record in developing and implementing human capital transformations and strategies.

  • Support throughout the M&A lifecycle:
    • Human resources due diligence
    • Organizational design
    • Workforce integration
    • Cultural alignment
    • Communication management and change initiatives
  • Project manage various elements of the integration phase:
    • Onboarding
  • Collaborate with leadership on change management efforts related to M&A and organizational transformation:
    • Talent retention
    • Leadership transition
    • Communication strategies for acquired companies
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent, succession planning, and leadership readiness:
    • Succession planning
    • Leadership readiness
  • Drive initiatives to build a high-performance culture, ensuring employee engagement and alignment with corporate strategy:
    • Employee engagement
    • Alignment with corporate strategy
  • Act as a liaison between the people M&A team and various other HR and partner functions to ensure a smooth and successful integration period:

The Program Manager will work closely with the Director, People M&A to provide insights and recommendations on talent and organizational design, and ensure all phases of the M&A process go smoothly for potential and incoming employees.

The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, with the ability to quickly build strong and trusted relationships across leadership teams, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders.
