We are investing $25 million in a major redevelopment project to elevate our properties into a world-class destination. The enhancements will offer a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests, with the introduction of a brand-new lagoon pool and a poolside restaurant providing a delightful dining experience.

As a Pool Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment around the pool area. This includes:

  • Monitoring and enforcing pool safety rules.
  • Providing assistance with poolside amenities, such as towels and seating arrangements.
  • Staying informed about current CPR and first aid techniques to ensure readiness for emergencies.
  • Furnishing efficient, friendly, and professional food & beverage service to all guests.
  • Maintaining pool areas clean and tidy according to procedure manual.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a food and beverage outlet.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • First Aid Certification is desirable.
