Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN AND FAMILIES TO FOSTER A WARM AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and improve outcomes for children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it)
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) guidelines
  • The ability to create and deliver engaging, child-centred learning activities
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid certification, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain them)
  • A friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work with different age groups in various settings
