Turner & Townsend seeks a seasoned Executive Cost Lead / Associate to drive project success and growth. Based in AU, you will oversee cost management on multiple projects, ensuring timely deliverables and outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead preconstruction, procurement, and post-contract activities to optimize project efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and supporting business expansion.
  • Leverage expertise to manage high-performing teams, driving project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior staff, cultivating their skills and contributing to the company's growth and development.
  • Develop compelling fee proposals and drive business generation, expanding the company's presence in key markets.
  • Oversee financial management, including commission management and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Utilize expertise to provide carbon calculation services, promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Cost Lead / Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pre-contract and post-contract deliverables, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Possession of MRICS or MAIQS certification, or equivalent, is highly desirable.
  • Able to work across multiple sectors, applying expertise to diverse projects and client needs.
