About the Role

Our MAX team specializes in electronic gaming machine (EGM) monitoring, integrity services, and other gaming-related services for pubs, clubs, and similar venues. Our Deployment Team plays a vital role in arranging and coordinating the installation, removal, and relocation of gaming and wagering devices.

We're seeking an experienced Operations Deployment Specialist to join our team, responsible for planning and managing the deployment of gaming equipment, ensuring high-quality service for our customers.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers to process deployment requests;
  • Implement and manage daily scheduled gaming equipment jobs
  • Ensure compliance with gaming legislation, paperwork, and processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate resources for gaming and wagering deployments.
  • Collaborate with other MAX teams to support seamless deployments
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate potential risks associated with deployments.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant procedures and industry standards.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll be self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused. You'll also possess:

  • Experience in a gaming environment with knowledge of gaming machine brands and products in QLD/NT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-sufficiency with proven task management and prioritization abilities
  • Demonstrated strengths with organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service excellence; and
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
