Rowing Program Leader

The ideal candidate will lead the development of rowing programs, administration, planning, executing, and managing training sessions, competitions, and events to foster a positive and competitive environment for athletes of all skill levels.

This role involves overseeing the coordination of coaching staff, developing and implementing training programs and schedules for athletes, and organising competitions and events efficiently.
