To support our teacher users, we need a highly skilled Learning Support Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Learning Experiences: Create engaging workshops, webinars, and training sessions for teachers using our platform.
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop strong connections with teachers through in-person and online meetings.
  • Design Effective Assessments: Craft high-quality, scaffolded assessments to ensure teachers deliver outstanding learning experiences.
  • Provide Exceptional Support: Handle inbound support requests from teachers and students.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Successfully lead projects across pilot and enterprise implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Design: Passionate about creating engaging learning experiences grounded in pedagogical principles.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled in establishing meaningful connections quickly.
  • Assessment Design: Experienced in crafting high-quality, scaffolded assessments.
  • Support: Detail-oriented approach to solving problems.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated organisational expertise in prioritisation, discipline, and stakeholder management.

Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience as a teacher, tutor, learning designer, etc., developing, delivering and evaluating learning experiences.
  • Experience providing support to users of a software product.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience). We're based in Melbourne or remote anywhere in Australia, and this role is open to candidates nationwide.
