We're seeking an experienced Education Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Customer Success Management Team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth across our global client base.

Job Summary

This full-time position involves building strong relationships with our clients, providing expert guidance on how to maximize the value of our platform, and collaborating with our internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement.

In this role, you'll have the autonomy to work creatively and think strategically, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes and contribute to our company's continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with our clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within our organization.
  • Customer Success Planning: Work closely with our Customer Success Team Lead to craft strategic plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
  • Training and Support: Deliver high-quality training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the effective use of our platform, addressing any technical challenges or queries they may encounter.
  • Engagement and Growth: Monitor client engagement metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted strategies to increase adoption and satisfaction.
  • Marketplace Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and gather feedback from clients to inform product development and enhance the overall user experience.
Requirements
  • Account Management Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in account management and/or customer success, with a proven track record of driving growth and retention.
  • SaaS or EdTech Background: Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or Education Technology (EdTech) sectors highly regarded.
  • National-Scale Account Planning: Strong background in account planning on a national scale, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Superior Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, present, and listen effectively.
  • Digital Tool Proficiency: Proven ability to learn new digital tools quickly and adapt to changing technologies.
  • Autonomy and Initiative: A self-starter who can work autonomously, take initiative, and drive strategic plans to fruition.
