We are seeking an experienced QA specialist to join our team on a prominent underground SMP construction project. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality outcomes and driving compliance with client and company standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee QA systems and ensure all deliverables align with client and company standards
  • Manage inspection test plans (ITPs), management of deviation reports (MDRs) and associated documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct audits and inspections on SMP scopes in an underground environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and health safety and environment (HSE) teams to ensure quality is embedded in day-to-day activities
  • Report QA performance and raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) or corrective actions as needed

Requirements:
  • Previous QA experience on construction or SMP mining projects
  • Underground construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of ITPs, MDRs and QA documentation systems
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
