About this role

This exciting opportunity will see you lead the delivery of projects, working closely with our clients to ensure successful project outcomes. Your expertise in environmental assessments, field sampling programs, and report writing will be invaluable assets to our team. As a seasoned professional, you'll have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, sharing your knowledge and skills to help them grow.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project management: You'll oversee the planning and execution of simple to moderately complex projects, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Skill development: You'll work closely with our graduate employees, helping them develop their technical and softer skills to excel in their roles.
  • Bid team member: You'll contribute to the pursuit of new opportunities, working collaboratively with our business development teams to secure repeat work.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in environmental assessment and related fields.
  • Is detail-oriented and has a passion for learning and developing new skills.
  • Cares about the needs and goals of our clients and can work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Is eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (requires Australian Citizenship).
