Senior Hospitality Manager Job

This key role involves overseeing the front-of-house team to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

As a member of our leadership team, you will be expected to have a proactive attitude and maintain high standards in service delivery. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, be well-presented with a minimum of 2 years' experience in supervisory or management roles in upscale restaurants.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support front-of-house team members to guarantee effective service delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate booking enquiries.
  • Conduct daily briefing sessions prior to service commencement.
  • Maintain impeccable workplace cleanliness, health and safety practices.
  • Monitor wage costs and staffing levels.
  • Oversee inventory control of beverage stocks.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as daily reporting.
  • Develop marketing initiatives including specials, pricing, and introduction of new dishes.
  • Support bar operations when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in operating POS systems and booking systems.
