Medical Practitioner Position

We are seeking an experienced Medical Practitioner to join our healthcare team in a rural area of Victoria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care services to patients, including health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care services to patients, including conducting health assessments, making diagnoses, and developing treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies, to inform patient care decisions.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary to promote patient health and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • VR or non-VR General Practitioner registration with AHPRA is essential.
  • Eligibility for MDRAP, PEP, FSP, RVTS, ACRRM IP & RGTS is also required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential for success in this role.
