Marketing Media Coordinator Position

**Job Summary**

This is a detail-oriented administrative role responsible for managing all aspects of media campaigns from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, clear and concise communication skills, and experience with Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating media bookings and placing and confirming them with the media.
  • Maintaining accurate contacts and recording communication and activity within our CRM system.
  • Gathering and maintaining up-to-date information about the media, including rates, audiences, key events and personnel.
  • Assisting to engage and contract new media partners.

Requirements:

  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel.
