About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team on a casual basis as Front of House Officers. This role is essential in maintaining high customer service standards and delivering exceptional experiences for all attendees.

As a Front of House Officer, you will assist in all aspects of Front of House services across a diverse range of performances and events. You will work in a vibrant and dynamic environment, hosting over 100 shows and events annually, including in-house productions, community hires, and national tours featuring performances from leading professional companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide community-based services and programs in a theatre or events environment
  • Work with box office ticketing software, with preference for TicketSearch
  • Maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Work independently and manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision
  • Solve problems and think critically
  • Work weekend and evening shifts as required
Desirable Requirements
  • First Aid certification
  • Approved Managers Card
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Essential Requirements
  • Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old)
  • Working with Children Check
