About This Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team on a casual basis as Front of House Team Members. This role is essential in maintaining high customer service standards and delivering exceptional experiences for all attendees. You will assist in all aspects of Front of House services across a diverse range of performances and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide community-based services and programs in a theatre or events environment
  • Work with box office ticketing software, preferably Ticket Search
  • Maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Work independently and manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision
  • Provide excellent customer service skills and resolve problems efficiently
  • Availability to work weekend and evening shifts as required

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a theatre or events environment
  • Experience working with box office ticketing software
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Desirable: First Aid certification, Approved Managers Card RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
  • Essential: Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old)
