As a skilled Digital Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions and driving exceptional customer experiences across our diverse digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of product delivery in a collaborative team environment, encompassing requirement gathering, epic definition, user story creation, acceptance testing, and sprint goal setting.
  • Deliver projects and initiatives to plan, ensuring minimal defects and optimal results.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, engage with feature teams, and participate in high-level development and design estimates.
  • Support, consult, and provide training for content owners and digital producers managing content-managed experiences.
  • Advocate for and raise awareness of existing content-managed capabilities to ensure proper utilisation and realisation of their benefits.
  • Work closely with architects and tech leads to ensure alignment with industry standards, governance models, and enterprise solutions.
  • Contribute to delivering strategic content management solutions with clear cost/benefit analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing business processes by better leveraging digital technologies.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands and deadlines through various development stages using Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager experience is highly desirable).
