Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Admin Coordinator to support our dynamic commercial property team.

  • This role offers exposure across marketing, campaigns, and administrative functions, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop engaging property marketing content using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
  2. Lead targeted marketing campaigns and manage signboards, photos, EDMs, LinkedIn tiles, and other promotional materials
  3. Create professional marketing quotes and invoices in Xero while monitoring campaign budgets
  4. Assist in social media strategy and execution via Canva, LinkedIn, and Instagram platforms
Administrative Tasks:
  1. Order company searches, titles, and leases for agents on time
  2. Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative duties efficiently
  3. Maintain CRM and listing systems (HubSpot), liaising with support teams as required
  4. Organise company events, travel, and in-house activities effectively

This is a collaborative environment where no two days are the same. You will have ownership of marketing campaigns while keeping operations running smoothly.
