About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Compliance Manager to join our global pharmaceutical company. Reporting directly to the Legal & Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing sound commercial legal advice and ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.

As a key member of our legal function, you will work closely with various stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure business operations align with industry standards. Your expertise will be invaluable in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, as well as advising on data protection and competition matters.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive legal advice on commercial agreements and contracts;
  • Liaising with external parties to ensure compliance with local regulations;
  • Managing and implementing our company's compliance framework;
  • Ensuring adherence to industry codes and requirements;
  • Developing and delivering training programs on regulatory topics;

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in commercial law, ideally 5+ years of experience, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
