Key Responsibilities
  • Leading organizational change, growth, and coaching leaders through this process
  • Talent management and succession planning
  • Employee lifecycle processes including employee relations matters
  • Policy review and communications across the business
  • Managing HR projects for ANZ and APAC as appropriate
  • Oversight of HR reporting and maintaining data in line with local and global compliance
Qualifications and Experience
  • 7+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a commercial organization
  • Strategic leadership experience, with exposure to growth/change preferred
  • Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and clinical/technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor qualifications in HR or similar
  • HRIS experience, with Workday/SuccessFactors preferred
  • Experience partnering in the Pharmaceutical or MedTech Industry advantageous
