Financial Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated professional to process supplier invoices and payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Match purchase orders and follow up discrepancies to ensure smooth transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and identify errors to resolve with a solution-focused approach.
- Maintain existing vendor data and create new suppliers in accordance with company practices and policies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong team mindset with initiative and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Prior experience with automated data entry systems and working as part of a team is highly desirable.

- Vendor statement reconciliation and error identification.
