This exciting opportunity will see you join our leadership team in Townsville as a Program Manager, coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of our Residential Care Program.
The role would suit someone passionate about leading and developing a team that provides a safe and nurturing environment to children and young people in Out of Home Care using a trauma-informed approach.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, motivate and manage a team Child & Family Practitioners and Youth Workers.
- Manage the caseloads of direct reports and provide practical support as required.
- Ensure delivery of program services aligns with client needs and plans.
- Manage risks and issues arising in the course of service management.
