  • Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD proactive talent pools and leverage technology to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Embed our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across all touchpoints to showcase our unique value proposition.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a not-for-profit or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, recruitment marketing, and employee value propositions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
