Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor

Job Title:
">Supervisory RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of our pool bar, ensuring exceptional service to our guests.
The ideal candidate will possess previous supervisory experience in a similar environment, with a passion for the Hospitality Industry. They will be able to multitask efficiently, anticipate customer requests, and respond professionally.
Key responsibilities include rostering, performance management, and maintaining team motivation. Additionally, they will assist the Bar Manager in leadership of guest service and recruitment.
Requirements include:
- Able to work a rotating roster including holidays and weekends
- Previous supervisory experience in a 5-star environment
- Knowledge of Micros point of sale system
- Experience in leading a WHS conscious culture
- Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Barista and Cocktail making skills
- Ability to supervise and train Food & Beverage teams
