Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill our Food and Beverage Team Leader role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, fostering a collaborative work environment, and upholding exceptional standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff members.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including setup, service, and closing duties, to guarantee a smooth dining experience for guests.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the day, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor seating availability, service quality, and guest well-being, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal results.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting, and possess a valid RSA certification. They will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment.
  • Valid RSA certification.
