  • Demonstrate ability to identify organisational challenges and problem statements, and translate them into analytical and data business requirements.
  • Articulate complex information into simple messages for key stakeholders with varied levels of data literacy.
  • Design and build reports, dashboards and data products that support business processes and deliver business insight.
  • Apply best practice analytics methodologies and translate subject-matter expert and stakeholder discussion into data and reporting products.
  • Translate key data insights into value-adding products.

Desirable Criteria

We prefer candidates with:

  • Good analytical and evaluating skills with strong programming experience (SAS, SQL, Python, R, etc).
  • Experience working in an industrialised cloud Data Lake and/or EDW environment.
  • Process mapping skills to translate discussion into data flows and process documentation.
  • Experience working within project management frameworks, the tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
