About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to lead the treasury function at HammondCare, ensuring optimal financial management and returns on investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to meet operational cash requirements
- Manage cash accounts, term deposits, and investments to maximise returns
- Monitor and forecast cash flows, including investment portfolios
- Prepare and submit bank covenant reports and treasury reports to the executive and board
- Budgeting and forecasting: Prepare formal cash flow forecasts as part of the planning cycle
- Journals and reconciliations: Oversee the treasury function's journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and lodge monthly BAS reports
About You
- Commitment to HammondCare's Christian Mission and values
- CPA or CA qualification
- Demonstrated experience in a similar corporate treasury role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
