Job Title

The Executive VFX Producer is responsible for guiding and mentoring producers at all levels, with a focus on junior and associate producers. They collaborate closely with the global new business team to support high-profile projects in their early stages, helping them achieve award-winning status.

This role oversees newly awarded projects without an assigned producer, working closely with the Head of Production to assign new shows and ensure seamless project management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the creative and financial progress of shows led by junior or associate producers.
  • Attending regular meetings with the Head of Production to discuss project development and studio/client relationships.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience as a high-end feature film VFX producer, with proven project management skills and expertise in building effective working relationships. They should be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and provide strategic guidance to team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in VFX production, preferably as a senior producer or executive.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide team members effectively.
