The Tasmanian community is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team in various community settings across South and North West Tasmania.
About the Role
This fixed-term full-time, part-time or casual position offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse clients, develop your clinical skills, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care to individuals and groups within community settings
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and referrals
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- A current Driver's Licence
