Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at YMCA Windsor Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service, located within Windsor State School.
About the RoleThis rewarding position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of primary school children, providing fun-filled and educational activities that foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As an OSHC Educator, you will be responsible for the care and supervision of children before and after school, as well as during school holiday periods.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging programs that promote learning and socialization among children
- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Positive Notice Blue Card or willingness to obtain one
- A Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in the field of children's services or similar
