Job Summary

Pulse is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our Preschool Room on a maternity leave position. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a highly experienced Diploma educator, sharing documentation and ensuring a seamless educational experience for our 20 children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging learning activities tailored to individual and group needs.
  • Document children's progress and share insights with families and the team.
  • Foster relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations by adhering to all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent qualification.
  • Current ECT registration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
