The Role

This project-focused position involves developing, planning, and managing customer-centric initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring technical feasibility, scope definition, and risk assessment are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.

  • You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical leadership, problem-solving, and project coordination to ensure successful outcomes.
  • You will define project scope, schedules, and budgets while identifying and mitigating risks associated with transmission line modifications and generator connections.
  • Engage with customers and internal teams to align project goals and expectations, ensuring all projects comply with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing priorities to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Lead technical coordination, ensuring high-voltage infrastructure designs meet regulatory and operational standards.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline) with relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in transmission line and substation projects, including development, cost estimation, project management, or design.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
