Project Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Steering Committee in establishing governance structures and progress tracking for ongoing projects.
  • Lead document reviews, scoping exercises, and working groups to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Assist in creating and disseminating governance frameworks and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, reports, and communication with government representatives and external parties.

 

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant work experience in a health-related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the NSW and Australian health landscape, including funding schemes and networks.
  • Experience as an Executive Officer or in project management.
  • Ability to develop strategies and initiatives.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and independent individual who can manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Clear thinker with strong scientific understanding and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and negotiation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and service-oriented approach.
