As a Senior Billing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level billing technical assistance to our customers.
\You will serve as a trusted advisor, solving complex billing and invoice product issues and contributing to continuous process improvement.
\Key responsibilities include responding to inbound service requests over the phone and email, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, reconciling invoicing, and creating runbooks and documentation.
\- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to billing and invoices.\
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure.\
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Additional responsibilities include partnering with Product and Engineering on long-term solutions, accurately logging all issues and status updates in internal tracking systems, and identifying billing support trends.
\Required Skills & Qualifications\Our ideal candidate has 4–7+ years of experience in billing technical support, with a deep understanding of relevant technologies such as SAP, SaaS platforms, APIs, databases, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
\- Proven experience in troubleshooting billing and invoicing issues.\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\
- Ability to prioritize user requests effectively and manage expectations.\
- Flexibility to work some weekends and later hours to fulfill a 24/7 business.
