Warehouse Operations Associate

About the Role:

  • Picking, Packing, and Shipping: Accurately select, pack, and ship products to meet customer expectations within set KPIs.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers with External Merchandise Pick-up orders or Click & Collect services, providing a seamless experience.
  • Daily Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory availability, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Inventories and Replenishment: Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate inventories, replenish assigned areas, and identify discrepancies to meet customer needs.
  • Visual Merchandising: Perform sales space replenishment, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines, to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Store, retrieve, and transport stock within the warehouse and store, utilizing material handling equipment safely.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to IKEA's safety policies, rules, and guidelines to ensure safe goods movement and protect employees and customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required, promoting a collaborative work environment.
