Cognizant is seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join a well-established retail client in Sydney. As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for directing the design and implementation of SFDC Configuration to meet business requirements. You will also be responsible for building and mentoring a passionate multi-skilled Salesforce team. In this role, you will lead technical requirements gathering sessions and write technical requirements documents. You will also lead technical design sessions and write technical design documents. Additionally, you will manage the technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions, manage technical scope and client expectation, and provide hands-on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with SFDC Lightning, SFDC Data, Salesforce DevOps, SFDC Sharing and Visibility. You should also have experience with Salesforce experience Cloud, Omnistudio, SFD Devlopmnt and Customization. Furthermore, you should have 5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems. You should also have completion of several Salesforce integration and extension projects in development and lead technical roles. Finally, you should be able to code in APEX, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
