About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce technical lead to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and support of client applications based on Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Salesforce configurations for lightning, customization involving Apex, LWC, and aura.
  • Mentor and guide the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure all user stories are built in accordance with development standards and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to the development team.
  • Remove roadblocks and provide support to the SIT/UAT team in closing testing.
  • Triaging SIT/UAT defects and leading the PROD deployment activities.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
