Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team in Altona. As a permanent part-time employee, you will work 30 hours per fortnight, two days a week.
About the PositionAs a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers and the wider community.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our branch management team to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be responsible for managing our social media presence and creating engaging content to drive interaction and conversion.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships with our customers and the wider community.
- Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence and create engaging content to drive interaction and conversion.
- Community Engagement: Engage with local stakeholders, including community groups, businesses and government agencies, to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Event Planning: Organise and coordinate community events to promote our activities and engage with our target market.
