Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Relations Manager to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in steering our Employee and Industrial Relations initiatives.

Role SummaryAs an Industrial Relations Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the ER/IR function, addressing a variety of workplace matters and initiatives.

- Lead enterprise bargaining negotiations effectively.
- Support strategic bargaining through benchmarking and trend analysis.
- Engage with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Assist with compliance-related matters.
- Conduct workplace investigations and review reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and case management activities.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex cases and manage workplace litigation.
- Provide regular updates on legal changes affecting the workplace.
- Stay informed about HR and industrial relations legislation and practices.
- Tertiary qualifications in Law are essential.
- Experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of employment legislation and industrial instruments.
- Proficient in interpreting industrial agreements and HR policies.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with data and spreadsheets.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience in a blue-collar workforce is advantageous.
