Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage global privacy requirements, respond to data subject requests, and oversee incident management.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for global data subject requests
  • Assist with initial intake from various channels and support responses to inquiries from regulators, customers, patients, team members, customer support, and other partners
  • Collaborate on global privacy governance projects, including tracking and supporting data incident response activities
  • Develop and regularly review policies, notices, and practices to ensure compliance with global privacy obligations
  • Monitor and summarize changes in relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in privacy management, preferably in multinational companies within the medical device industry or technology sector
  • Relevant degree, law or business studies preferred
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Knowledge and experience in global privacy laws and data protection frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
