We are seeking a specialist to lead our Geriatric Medicine team. The role involves working across various rehabilitation, ageing, pain and palliative care services sites, including acute, subacute, community based programs and wards. Key responsibilities include conducting regular ward rounds, attending multidisciplinary team meetings, participating in unit training and education programmes, and supervising junior medical staff. In order to be successful in this role, applicants will require MBBS or equivalent registration with the relevant authorities, specialist qualifications, and a member of a medical defence organisation. Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal relationship building skills and proven ability to implement change within a complex environment are also essential requirements.
