Key Position:

We are currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our establishment in Perth, Western Australia.

This is a highly visible role that requires a strong background in hospitality management and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles and be able to ensure high levels of service for all patrons.

  • Manage food and beverage staff, including casual staff on race nights and events
  • Coordinate rosters for casual and permanent food & beverage staff
  • Maintain stock levels and stock rotation
  • Liaise with kitchen to update food and beverage menus in POS
  • Reconcile and report takings after close of trade
  • Liaise with government departments regarding licensing and other hospitality requirements
  • Report weekly to Operations Manager

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Ability to identify problems and look for improvements
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a resilient attitude
  • RSA and Unrestricted Approved Managers Card
