Head of Special Services: A Senior Leadership Role.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and articulate a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Lead the Inclusion Performance Team to promote action-oriented initiatives aligning with the Inclusion Education Policy.
- Prioritize student success and wellbeing by targeting the Every Student Succeeds State Schools Improvement strategy.
- Enhance student outcomes and implement world-class initiatives through the Auslan team.
- Implement NCCD practices school-wide.
- Be futures-oriented and strategic, setting high standards for student and staff performance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be futures-oriented and strategic, with a focus on achieving quality learning outcomes for all students. The role requires effective communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to manage resources efficiently.
