Senior Educator Position Overview

The role of a Senior Educator is pivotal in delivering high-quality educational programs at a state-of-the-art facility catering to children from 6 weeks to 5 years old.

This position involves leading a team of dedicated educators to create an engaging learning environment, promoting academic excellence and child development.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of educational programs, collaborating with centre leaders, and ensuring every learning experience meets the diverse needs of all children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leads a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
  • Collaborates with centre leadership and educational leaders to enhance teaching practices.
  • Ensures commitment to safety, inclusivity, and quality care for all children.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification
