What We're Looking For
  • A dedicated professional with proven quality governance partnering experience within a comparable environment
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and embedding quality management and governance frameworks

You will demonstrate understanding and commitment to creating sustained culture and behaviour change as the key to improving the client experience.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the Great Client Experience Team, you will collaborate with leaders across the organisation to embed and oversee our GCE Quality and Clinical Governance Framework, having a positive impact at point of care.

Key Accountabilities
  • Embed high quality, evidence-based practices and evaluation processes to monitor, measure, report and inform continuous improvement activities, compliance and innovative outcomes
  • Drive Great Client Experience outcomes across our organisation

You will demonstrate energy and personal style to impact and influence others' thinking, constructively challenge decisions and at times, have challenging conversations to create awareness and traction around quality care outcomes for our clients.
