Additional information:
- This role is Temporary, Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight until November 2025.
- The preferred location for the role is Service Office, Tempe NSW, where hybrid working including a minimum of 3 days in the Service Office is required. However remote working from any other IKEA AU location will be considered.

**About this work area**
As CRM Specialist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Customer Engagement and Loyalty team in developing the IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network loyalty clubs and driving lifetime value.
- Reporting, analysing and interpreting customer data and leveraging insights to shape effective marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with global partners to optimise direct member communication to improve KPIs and member engagement.
As CRM Specialist you are:
- Analytical, with a strong ability to translate customer data into actions that drive the marketing agenda forward.
- A creative thinker who embodies a customer centric approach through everything you do.
- Equipped with understanding of the customer journey and passionate about finding ways to optimise customer conversion.
- Process driven, organised and have good attention to detail.
