About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Sales Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for securing the agreed product range is visible and buyable on the IKEA online channels according to the business rules and effectively administer range changes.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a member of the E-Commerce team and proactively contribute to E-commerce plan/output to deliver to the common objectives and goals.
  • Contribute to defining forecast for sales, activity needs in range scope and drive online sales/grow sales margin of range with the Commercial team.
  • Analyse data to coordinate with Logistics, Stores and Sales Leaders to decide on sales steering and identify content needs.
  • Contribute to optimise the range offer in collaboration with respective Sales Leaders and work proactively towards stakeholders to secure correct fulfilment and forecast at product level.
  • Prepare for offering the best shopping experience for digital sales and commercial activities by contributing insight and ideas to the briefing process and securing the availability of the online offer.
