  • Partnerships with other hospital and health services and non-government organisations

We provide services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and work with other hospital and health services and NGOs to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.

Your Opportunity

The CHQ at Home Support Worker plays a vital role in providing support to a child or young person being cared for within their home environment.

The support worker will be trained and supported to provide safe care to a child or young person with high medical needs within their home environment under the supervision of the primary caregiver.

Travel across Brisbane will be required and applicants should note that a significant portion of this role is performed overnight.
