About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SupportYourApp. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our VP of Product in driving our marketing initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our marketing planning and task management systems, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective documentation and reporting systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the VP of Product, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including research, analysis, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Fluent communication skills in English (C1+).
  • 1.5+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and CRM tools.
