About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and versatile Marketing Assistant to support our VP of Product in all aspects of daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain marketing planning, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
- Monitor and respond to marketing-related emails, forwarding or escalating as necessary.
- Develop and maintain documentation for the marketing team, updating documents as required and creating new tasks and reminders.
- Take and manage meeting notes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of discussions and actions.
- Coordinate meetings and scheduling with the marketing team, including calendar management and meeting descriptions.
- Provide administrative support to the VP of Product, including making requests for job openings and equipment as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication skills in written and spoken Ukrainian.
- At least 1.5 years of experience as an assistant, preferably in a marketing or related field.
- Good writing and communication skills in English (B2+).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with various departments and teams.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting a marketing department.
- Familiarity with marketing software and CRM tools.
- Great sense of humor.
