About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SupportYourApp. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our VP of Product in driving our marketing initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Task Management: Add new tasks to our planning calendar, move uncompleted tasks to the coming week, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communication: Check the Asana inbox, ping team members who haven't completed tasks or moved deadlines, and manage general documentation for the team.
• Meeting Support: Take and manage meeting notes, schedule meetings with the team, and coordinate calendars.
• Administrative Support: Make requests on behalf of the VP of Product, manage emails, and forward/ping relevant team members.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent communication skills in Ukrainian and English (C1+).
• Experience: 1.5+ years of experience as an assistant, preferably to a Head of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer, or VP of Marketing.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with various departments.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Marketing Experience: Prior experience supporting a marketing department.
• Software Familiarity: Familiarity with marketing software and CRM tools.
